Remodeling

Having been in existence over 40 years, we have not only had the luxury of building new homes but to remodel or add on to some of the same houses we built years prior. The decision to remodel much like that of building a new home takes a lot consideration.  It can be an emotionally stressful time if not properly planned and carefully executed.  Home remodeling such as kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, or even basement remodeling can be very evasive. Usually customers are living in the home during the entire process.

This is why it is so important to select a builder you can trust.  Project time is of the essence during any remodel phase. We understand this is an interruption to your lifestyle. This is why communication with our clients is so important so they understand the process and the time frame for which the project is to be completed.

Here’s a list of common additions and remodeling jobs:

  • Additions
  • Kitchen remodels
  • Bathroom remodels
  • Decks
  • Sunrooms
  • Screen/Glass enclosures
  • Basement finishes
  • Window replacements

One of the frequently asked questions customers ask is will the remodeling or addition going to increase the value of my home? Good question! Many times it obviously will. However, in many cases it may maintain the value or improve the sale ability of your home. It depends greatly on the kind of home improvement a person is looking to do. When you’re considering a remodel project, first ask yourself these questions:

  • What is your objective/or purpose
  • How long do I plan on living in this home?

These are important questions when determining cost versus value. Weber Brothers Construction can help you in determining your cost and provide the maximum value for your project. So, when you’re planning your next remodel project or addition, we would like for you to consider us.

Decks:

Some of the most attractive features on homes today are decks, covered decks, screened in or glass enclosed.  Weber Brothers Construction has designed and built many decks over the last 40 years.  Most homes today go with a low maintenance composite decking with a metal, aluminum, or vinyl handrail system. A lot of people still enjoy the natural look of cedar but it comes with a little more maintenance. A deck usually adds a lot of appeal to a new or existing home.  Whenever you are considering on adding a new deck or replacing your old deck please give us a call at Weber Brothers Construction. We would be happy to sit down you and listen to your ideas and design a deck for you on your new or existing home.
