Project Highlights

This project was a total face lift on the front of this home.  It was an all cedar siding home with no front porch. The first picture illustrates the home with no front porch partially demoed with a concrete slab. We added two dormers making them active and creating more natural light into the greatroom. We installed all new windows, a couple doors and a covered porch with columns giving the home a whole new look.  We also replaced the cedar siding with James Hardie cement board siding.  In the back we removed a deck and replaced it with a composite evergrain decking and vinyl handrail system.  The home owner was able to live in the home during the entire process. The project took approximately 2 months to complete.
